For a fully inclusive, fixed fee one of our qualified surveyors will carry out an RICS HomeBuyers Report and Valuation. This is a detailed pre-purchase report (c13-14 pages). Included in the price:

» A survey to assess any defects.
» A valuation to ensure that you are paying a “fair price”.
» An insurance rebuild cost valuation.
» We are also available to discuss the findings of the report.

Typical fixed fee of £325 - £500 depending on the age and size of the property and the turnaround time is less than one week from confirmation of instruction to receipt of report.
